A Little Reminder

Do you ever find yourself humming as you go about your daily tasks?  It is a common occurrence for me.  Sometimes it is intentional, but other times, I don't even realize I am doing it.  Tonight, as I've been sitting here cruising Facebook, Twitter, and checking up on favorite blogs, I've been humming away quietly.  When I realized I was doing it, I stopped to consider the song that was evidently stuck in my head.  Strangely, it is a song that I don't even remember hearing or singing recently.  It's an old church hymn that has always been a favorite of mine.  See if you're familiar with it as well.  (I have typed out the words from memory, so I hope thy are correct!)

Each Step I Take

I've been a little stressed for the past few days in anticipation of getting started back to school after my children have been sick for the past few weeks.  I want to make some changes and really get off to a good start.  So I found it interesting that this was the song that was running through my head this evening.  It is an excellent reminder that God is in control of everything, even our little homeschool.  It is my joy to walk with Him each day, because I do know that He is guiding each step that I take!
